If you can’t organize beforehand, don’t worry—we’ll clean what we can reach. Please ensure your pets are safe and secure. If you prefer not to have a particular room cleaned, simply close the door or leave a note. We’re here to make your home cleaning experience as smooth as possible.
What if I need to reschedule or skip a cleaning?
We understand that plans change. If you need to reschedule or skip a cleaning, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance so we can adjust our schedule. Late cancellations may result in a 50% cancellation fee. Please note that additional fees may apply if more than a month passes between cleanings. Consistent cleaning is key to maintaining a healthy home environment.

Certainly! Providing special instructions helps us tailor the cleaning to your preferences. It’s important that you communicate these instructions directly to our office so they can be added to your file.
